Learning at Home - August 2021
Kia ora APS whānau, over this lockdown period we would like to offer learning opportunities that are strengths-based, family orientated and focused on real-life experiences. We want our learners to feel comfortable with their home learning and be able to choose activities that will engage them.
Each hub has provided a link to their students' learning below (scroll down). If your child would like to choose from other hubs' grids that is fine too. There is also an Ako torowhānui (Holistic learning) grid with activities that will help with our emotional and sensory needs.
Please help your child to share their learning by emailing their teacher, and any other staff member who they would like to connect with, e.g. teacher aide, principal (Fi), SENCo (Paula), Learning Support Coordinator (Lisa), Office Administrator (Faye) or our caretaker (Kevin). You can find our email addresses under 'Our School Whānau' on this website.
We hope you enjoy your family time together and please let Fi know if there is anything we can do to support you over this time - email@example.com or 021 646 516
APS staff would like to thank you for your support in your child's learning : )
